Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at kids@apamah.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.
To be accepted, items must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags still attached
- In their original packaging, with the product label intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Jewellery
- Face masks
- Beauty products
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where an item arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the cost.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email kids@apamah.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs showing the problem. We will arrange the return at no cost to you and refund you in full.
Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item under the policy above and place a new order.
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — measurements are listed for every item.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the item, plus your bank's own processing time.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase where the order has not yet entered processing. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may return it under the policy above once it arrives.
Delivery
- Items shipping from within the United States: 2–5 business days
- Items shipping from overseas: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed.
Returns outside the United States
We are currently able to accept returns on United States orders only.
